We do not sell a franchise, business opportunity, “get rich quick” program, or passive income system. We do not guarantee revenue growth, specific earnings, profitability, business valuation increases, or any particular outcome.

Any references to scaling, revenue growth, operational improvement, or profit optimization are illustrative of past client experiences and are not guarantees of future results.

Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Revenue Share, Performance-Based, and Equity Arrangements

Certain engagements may involve revenue share, performance-based compensation, equity participation, or hybrid fee structures. These arrangements are governed by separate written agreements and vary by client.

Revenue share or performance-based pricing does not eliminate business risk. Clients remain responsible for:

- Marketing budgets

- Operational execution

- Team management (where applicable)

- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Revenue share arrangements are not guarantees of profitability and may result in higher or lower net outcomes depending on business performance.

Staffing and Recruiting Services

Flow Force Consortium may provide recruiting, staffing, and talent placement services for sales and operational roles.

While we implement screening and onboarding processes, we do not guarantee the performance, conduct, productivity, or results of any individual placed or recommended. Hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

AI Tools and Third-Party Software

As part of consulting and implementation services, we may recommend or assist in implementing third-party software, AI tools, CRM platforms, communication systems, automation tools, or other technologies.

We do not own or control most third-party software platforms unless explicitly stated in writing. We do not guarantee the performance, uptime, accuracy, or results of third-party tools.

Certain software providers may offer affiliate compensation or referral arrangements to Flow Force Consortium. Any such relationships do not alter our obligation to recommend tools based on suitability and client needs.

Use of any software or AI system carries inherent business risk and should be evaluated independently by the client.

Financing and Third-Party Services

Flow Force Consortium is not a lender, financial institution, broker-dealer, or investment advisor.

From time to time, we may introduce clients to third-party financing providers or platforms that assist their customers with enrollment financing. These providers are independently owned and operated.

Unless otherwise disclosed in writing, Flow Force Consortium does not control lending decisions and does not guarantee approval, terms, or performance of financing services.

Clients should independently evaluate their financial position, risk tolerance, and obligations before:

- Borrowing capital

- Extending credit to customers

- Entering financing arrangements

- Investing in consulting or managed services

Using borrowed capital to fund business activities carries financial risk.

Testimonials and Customer Feedback

Testimonials, endorsements, and case studies reflect individual client experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

Refund Policies

We do not offer refunds on fulfilled Done-For-You sales department offers and Consulting/Implementation offers.

To be eligible for a refund on our Sales Team Staffing offers:

1. You must have a lead flow and sales process that generated at least 16 sales call bookings per week before and during the term of your sourced candidates that you brought on,

2. Either you or your sales team was closing above 20% for the 30 days immediately before the start date of your first sourced sales rep ("showed up discovery calls" to "enrollment rate"),

3. You went through 3 different sales professionals that we sourced for you, and they all didn’t work out,

4. You and/or your sales manager did your part (you had at least one weekly 1:1 meeting with each of those sourced sales reps for 4 weeks in a row),

5. You reviewed at least 2 of their sales call recordings with your Flow Force account manager with during each of those sourced sales reps' active term working with you, and

6. Held daily meetings with your sales team and have them submit end-of-day and end-of-week reports.
